From 6 to 8 November 2024, SAT (Sustainable Agriculture Tanzania), a PrAEctiCe partner, welcomed a diverse delegation of stakeholders, including government officials, members of civil society, researchers, and farmers, for the 3^rd National Farmer Centred Agroecology Conference held in Kilikala, Morogoro—the event aimed to foster collaboration and share knowledge among those committed to advancing agroecological practices.

On 7 November 2024, participants spent an engaging day at the SAT Farmer Training Centre, where they attended presentations showcasing innovative farming techniques and sustainable practices.

The day’s highlight was visiting the PrAEctiCe Living Lab Site, which offered attendees a firsthand look at pioneering agricultural systems.

One of the Living Lab’s standout features was the integrated Aqua-agriculture-poultry system. This innovative approach combines fish farming with poultry production, creating a symbiotic environment where resources are optimally utilised.
